Grinding wheel dresser

The sanding roll consists of: Quality steel wheels with U-shaped teeth pressed from a single piece. A special hardening program brings the teeth to a precise degree of hardness. This guarantees minimum wear during sharpening and dressing. Corrugated support discs between the toothed discs give the toothed roller stability and strength. The replaceable roller can be used until the teeth are completely worn down. The dresser has a nipple for pressure lubrication, essential for high rotation speeds and a long roller life. A sturdy handle made of precious wood enables a firm, comfortable and two-handed grip. Supporting lugs facilitate even contact between the roller and the grinding wheel. They also simplify lateral movements in order to dress the entire width of the grinding wheel. A protective plate prevents sparks from spraying against the face and hands.
